Golden Hotel, Taipei

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, I received a voucher for McDonald's, which was a nice surprise, but unfortunately, there was a very bad odor in the room coming from the carpet. The service was exceptional, especially from staff member William Hsu, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient, close to the MRT station, but it was a bit of a walk. The dining option of having McDonald's delivered to our door every morning was convenient, yet repetitive. The facilities were decent, although the odor in the room was a downside.
